To qualify for duty free concession, associations and Clubs must apply through the National Sports Council. They must present copies of invoices which are then NSC forwarded to the Ministry of Tourism to be presented to Cabinet.
Associations and Clubs must be compliant affiliates of the NSC. Applications must come in writing to the NSC and must include a detailed budget outlining expected income and expenditure figures. The NSC will vet requests then forward to the National Lotteries Authority for approval.
